Working Hard or Hardly Working: Melbourne

January 13, 2013

I almost forgot I had these photos, which were taken on a work trip to Melbourne. I had the morning of each day to explore the city and started in Degraves St for breakfast, then up Flinders Lane for some shopping at Green with Envy. I didn’t have enough time to try on items of clothing there, but their instore selection was amazing. It is here that I saw my Josh Goot skirt and Acne lizard jacket, which made purchasing them off Green with Envy’s online store much easier!

I also made a visit to MyBagSpa, wanting to check out the place and the services available, since I’m wanting to get a vintage leather jacket restored. I also checked out the sales in Myers and David Jones. I wish that the Adelaide Myers was even remotely like the Melbourne one – ours is full of junky clothes and other items just strewn around on the floor. I would totally shop there if it had the same selection as Melbourne’s. I did buy some silver Lanvin flats at David Jones, something that David Jones Adelaide would never stock.

Sorry about not having any outfit photos by the way, I was by myself for this tip and was probably wearing work clothes anyway.
